Victoria Whiteduck ((née Mikonini)

of Kitigan Zibi passed away April 25,2017 at the CSSSVG of Maniwaki, at the age of 76.

Predeceased by husband Rheal and daughter Catherine Mikonini. Dearest friend to Clarence

Chabot. Dear daughter of Frank and Florence Mikonini, mother to Ken (Jacqueline), Tim (Cheryl),

Sheila (Sean), and Debbie (Lionel). Dear grandmother to Nicole, Angela, Mike, Devin, Monica,

Justine, lan, Alexandre, Jeremy, Bryn, and Mia; her great grandchildren Eric, Claudia, Cash, Cruz,

River, Wyatt, Max, Rylan, Jemma, and Wagoush. Dear sister to John, Patrick, Albert, Daisy,

Daniel, Joan, Norman, Claudette, and Xavier, predeceased by brothers Hector and Jimmy.

 Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. As a teacher of Algonquin language for many years and community elder in later life, Victoria enjoyed being part of community

gatherings involving language, culture, and music. Always in good spirits and willing to help

others, Victoria will be greatly missed by her family and friends
